Meet Our Team
Marleen takes pride as an owner and works with all staff to ensure the company vision is upheld: “To treat our customers, community, and staff like family- taking care of needs, solving problems, being responsive and respectful.” Her dedication to her 30+ year marriage, children and grandchildren show just that! While not attending to family or the business you can find Marleen in the kitchen– either baking or whipping up a mean lasagna.
Dan is the Managing Member of Pacific Northwest Glass & Mirror, LLC and a Journeyman Glazier. Dan has worked in the industry for over 28 years and comes from a 100-year-old company (learning from a myriad of experts there). He prides himself in creating exceptional innovative products that consumers are excited about and that stand the test of time. He is continually finding ways to educate himself on the most groundbreaking industry products and procedures. After hours he unwinds on his motorcycle, or being the best Pawpaw he can be!
A background in business and public relations combine with experience in management are a few of the many skills Adam brings to Pacific Northwest Glass & Mirror.
Being the son of a Journeyman Adam has been around glass since a very young age. It wasn’t until he entered the industry himself he discovered a passion for the trade. Two years later and a proud apprenticeship student Adam is eager to learn all that he can in the glazing industry.
As family is a core value for this dad, he builds strong lasting relationships with his community, customers, and vendors.

Blake is the youngest son of Dan and Marleen. You might find him occasionally in the shop helping the family when needed, but Blake’s main focus is behind the scenes. Blake and Maranda might be anywhere in the world as they have been traveling often using her flight attendant benefits while raising a few potential glaziers of their own.
Joy is one of two front office staff who is the first point of contact when you call. She loves making sure our customers are happy and going above and beyond to make sure the front office is running smoothly. In her spare time, you can find Joy with her two goats Chip N’ Dale, or with her husband who also happens to be her high school sweetheart.
No one is certain where Tim is from or where he goes, but we are certain of his promptness to projects and overall dedication to his work.
Proudly born and raised in southern California, Kathi also twirled baton for the LA Rams for two years. With 40 years of business experience, five children, thirteen grandchildren, and soon five great-grandchildren, you can be sure Kathi can handle just about anything that’s thrown at her (and then twirl it)! In her spare time, she enjoys concerts and movies.
Lead Journeyman Glazier
A PNW native, Casy has also had experience in the glass industry for most of his life. His father owning a glass company of his own, Casy was able to understand and implement plenty of concepts from the get-go making him a fantastic part of the Pacific Northwest Glass & Mirror team. He also teaches Jiujitsu to youth and has been practicing for 5 years.
Trentin has called the PNW home his entire life, and has been a part of the glass profession for over two years. When he isn’t giving his all at work, he’s a full-time dad to three children.
Keith is the newest addition to our team and we are ecstatic to have him! His specialities include commercial glazing layout, installation, and glazing gauking with his over 40 years of experience. He is no stranger to a good time and enjoys scuba diving, hiking, golf plus spending time with his family and grandson. We look forward to Keith being a part of our team for the long haul!
